Meditation Shawl by Om Shanti | Prayer Shawl for Daily Meditation

Finally, a shawl large enough to have real multi-uses. I can sit under it as a tent when I meditate in more public places, wear it as a most attractive shawl or scarf and use it as a blanket when I travel. It sure keeps me warm. I have gotten compliments from people I have known for a while who I would not think would even notice it. I love the color and the weave, which is more of a twill weave than an ordinary dobby, so it is tight but light.

Fair quality

I've wanted a shawl/lightweight blanket for meditation for a long time that is big enough to completely wrap around me and this is just perfect. I do a lot of meditating and I hate to feel cold. This is such a simple design with a nice border all around and a touch of fringe, nothing distracting or elaborate. And it doesn't itch! It's really warm though lightweight. Perfect for travel or even sitting with a book on the couch. I have both the light brown and dark brown, and they are both beautiful. Great for men or women. Highly recommend it. Not to mention that their customer service is top notch and completely helpful!

This is just a shawl that can be worn on your meditation , I don't see any more comfort in this shawl it says 60% Australian Wool and 40% Polyester.But really the feel on the skin is like 100% polyester.Its heavy and feels like I have something over head , but in a real wool you will not feel the weight on you you will only feel the warmth.If some one has already used any Indian wool shawl , will definitely find the difference of comfort between this and the one which is really wool.I usually dip any clothings bought in store or online in water and dry them before my first use, like wise did the same on this too just dipped in cold water and hanged and could not resist the weird smell that came out from this shawl , not sure if that was my piece alone .Only manufactures can answer why I got that smell and will it be for every wash. .Bottom line not happy with this but just keep it until I get my piece of wool shawl from India.

Would give this a 5 star review if the wool didn't make me itchy and the price was better. This is a heirloom quality blanket very useful in many occasions will be using this blanket the rest of my days overall its a great blanket. The pattern is nice, the color and texture feels amazing. Wish the threads didn't get pulled.
