500mgを使用して筋肉痛の軽減と筋肉の維持強化を実感していた。 今回倍増した商品が出たのでコスパもよく此れに変更した。タブレットは大きいが普通に飲め 問題ない。当然効果も同様で筋トレ後の筋肉痛軽減やパワー向上を実感できる良い代物です。 500mgの時も海外直送で日数がかかるのは承知していたので前もって手配しています。 まぁコスパと効果良好を実感すれば遅いのも我慢できます。
