The instructions do not allow for cooking on high temperature when using this product. After multiple attempts to cook with this product according to the manufacturer instructions the food never got done. The product never achieved enough steam to rock the pressure relief valve. Additionally, the metals used to produce this product must have been inferior since the metal in the pot changed color after the first dish washing. The metal became a dull multi-colored hue and lost all of its "chrome" appearance.

De muy buena calidad

Perfect for small families. I’m use to cooking in large pots. My pressure cooker is 5qt, have not used it lately because did not need to cook large meals. My roast was well done in 30 minutes & it was tender. Planning my next one pot meal. The instructions print out was too small to read. I am use to using a pressure cooker & had no problem using one
