I’ve taken these for at least 10 years and love them for their natural nutrients that help my digestion even with only 3-4 pills a day, but this bottle had a really bad taste. When I order from the Mercola website I’ve never had this issue.

The green label multivitamin requires eight large tablets to meet the daily requirement. This was just too much for us because the tablets are big. Having said that, if you can tolerate that, then this is a great choice. Dr. Mercola is one of the best out there and certainly one of the most trustworthy. I wish he would make a sugar-free gummy of this product.

So working on my health including other Dr MERCOLA supplements, and the Multivitamin is another hit. Just felt overall better, and I like all that’s in it. Also, understand why you have to take more than one or two with all good stuff listed. It makes a difference which I needed. Have my spouse on it now too! It’s great! Mercola's stuff is the best. The only drawback with this product is that a dose = 8 good-sized tablets! It has to be that way due to how much they jam in, but swallowing them with morning coffee can be an adventure. This product is very complete, however, and ultimately worth the trouble.

This is best multi vitamin i have used and i only take 4 of them so the value i think is great
