Das Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey ist für mich das beste Proteinpulver, das ich bisher probiert habe. Es löst sich schnell und ohne Klumpen in Wasser oder Milch auf und ist dadurch super angenehm zu trinken. Der Geschmack (in meinem Fall Schokolade) ist lecker, nicht künstlich und auch auf Dauer gut verträglich. Besonders nach dem Training sorgt es für eine schnelle Versorgung mit Eiweiß und unterstützt spürbar die Regeneration und den Muskelaufbau.
