The bag itself is of good quality however the zip broken and we only used the mattress cover 3/4 times. Dissappointing considering the price

How can a plastic cover be cuddly? Why would someone need to carry a mattress of 2 meters like gutter with themselves? I find this product misleading as I purchased it by looking at the photos thinking I’m buying foldable mattress but it was just cover priced at the level of mattress, requested for return and thankfully Amazon customer service protected my purchase
