This is an amazing bit of kit. I use mine to crush walnut shells for metal polishing and also for crushing gemstones to make inlay material for jewellery. It does both perfectly and without mess. Don't underestimate the physical effort required, it's a proper workout!

Order these for my ring business. Got it to break down opal, gems and stones. It helps so much and keeps all the small bits together as well, so I get to keep more of it.

Great but buy a good magnet to get the bites of metal that come lose out of the glass

i tried it out with white glass and as you can see from the photo is grey white glass mixed with black paint, rendering it totally unsuitable for glass of any colour . Even if you fritted black glass there will be paint in it, and will ruin the fused glass piece! This false advertising should be corrected. i will be returning it as it is unsuitable for purpose.

Took a minute to figure out how to use it but it's easier to use and crushing rocks
