Bad thermostat and temperature control.
Good product, bad thermostat. Please be wary that the the temperature control setting is way off. The inside temperature is not what is displayed on the dial. So an oven without a good thermostat is just a metal box with glass door.

Received product is good and works well. But Amazon posted wrong information about the product
The product is good. works well. But on amazon site , photos for the product showed temperature settings as 0-100-150-250. But the received product has max temperature upto 230C .It was disappointing actually. Amazon not posting correct product information.
