Not clear why rating is so low. Thats my second one but first was ok as well, failed due to my fault. "Must have" in each kitchen

I have had it for months now ,get to know that the plug is France plug which is a problem in uae but nothing to do, was the cheaper in amazon For most of the grains I have to put it twice to reach the texture I want , one time is not enough but again for the price I think it’s acceptable

when we plugged it in there was smoke coming out of the hot plate and smells like burnt wire

this is the worst multicooker in my life, every time I use it, an error with the valve appears on the screen, and nothing I do based on the instructions helps! in addition, this order has disappeared from the section my orders and I cannot return it back!

I brought this last December 2020, now is not working...i dont know if there is a warranty.

The delivery was smooth though we noticed that the box looked like it'd been open and a bit torn. The cooker itself was fine but there’s a dent on the surface of it. Didn’t try to switch it on so don’t know if it affected its workability or not.

For this price it is impossible to have a better quality-price ratio. I've had other equipment from well-known brands and with higher prices, but this machine simply does practically everything at a simply unique price.
