It Makes Great Dough
Firstly the mixer is not exactly as the photo in fact the colour I received is atrocious and even the English owners manual is confusing.I received it a week ago and have used it 4 times, the first results were not great but with a couple of tweaks each mix has improved. Today’s dough is superb and probably the best I have ever made in 30 years of bread making.A bit overpriced but it is the best I’ve come across but bread making is not about money it’s about taste, satisfaction and sharing with others. I love it!

It really works
I liked this machine for the kneading and proving functions, it works perfectly and great results in very tasty crusty bread, I disliked the instructions are in Chinese, however got over that by watching demonstration on YouTube
