After so many reviews I watched of earpods-style buds (I don't like in-ears), got these and I'm quite happy I did. The drivers are truly like the earpods (paper-cone composite) which deliver a thicker, more natural sound. Since I own bio-cellulose speaker headphones upwards of $500, I can attest to the fact that the sound signature is similar to that, and very welcoming. The punch and the speed of dynamics is very different with such drivers, and some of these drivers deliver the best bass performance. For reference, check our Denon/Fostex headphones and the appraise of their composite drivers. All those, and this, also feature a wider voice-coil and rubber surrounds for faster and more linear cone movement. It's a bit on the warmer side which I like. Mids are a bit forward, which is a good thing. Overall I like the package. I'm an enthusiast and I use much more expensive amps and DACs and headphones (Focal, Hifiman, Sennheiser, Fostex, Beyerdynamic) - so I'm still a strong proponent of a wire connection for the ultimate experience. APTX works ok on the phone but there isn't still an economical solution for PC (and latency issues exist) so I can not fully give in to wireless tech. Nonetheless, these work as one can expect. They're very good sounding indeed. Overall, I really like what I'm hearing. Until wireless audio really evolves further, you can't go wrong with products like these. The operating time is as advertised. No complaints on using with a phone. The footprint is really impressive. Very small case with enough recharge, and make and finish is very nice. Soundpeats really makes great products. I feel that this would be a very nice, fairly priced alternative to the Airpods, which are nice, yes, but the price is just out the roof. UPDATE: Game mode: I probably may have overlooked this, and none of the videos talked about it. I found it out accidently. If you tap the LEFT earbud 3 times in continuation (like you do, 2 for pause 2 for play), you will enter game mode. Even on the PC I saw a significant improvement in latency. With this, I think the latency issues will really go away and you're left with a great experience on PCs/Laptops (what I'm using it for). For phones, I think it will improve even further with AptX. I've heard this is with the most recent batch of TrueAir2s - you would want to check out if yours have them. Overall, I'm still impressed by the sound quality output they deliver (please note the mic input quality is not very impressive).

I've bought these for MS teams and online calls so the music quality is secondary for me. It works as advertised mostly. The audio quality is OK, nothing special. Your voice can be a little robotic sometimes but as long as you are at home or in a considerably quite office environment, it is fine. The good thing about the the headset is the shape of it. As you can see it closely resembles the airpods which I have and really like. I can use it for hours without taxing my ears. The in ear ones are generally very tiring such as my airpods pro for long sessions. The connection quality is so so I can barely use it for max 4-5 meters radius whereas an airpods would go easily 10 meters but hey these cost only 126 AED (as of 15th of Jan'21) vs a much more expensive airpods. Battery time is the issue that I've reduced a star mostly. I do not think that it really works as advertised. In one charge, I only get max 2 hours and the charging case charges for 3ish charges for a total of 4-5 hours. One truly annoying issue is when the charging case charges for the final time and it is empty, you'll have a fully charged earphone that you can not use! the headphones can only wake up from the case when there is some battery there to wake them up. So when the charging case depletes itself to charge the headset fully as there is no current left to wake the headphones up. You need to plug them in to immediately wake up. But then the final charge is useless making the case only for 2 charges not 3 as advertised. On the music side the highs are very bright and lows are ok out of the box. In my case I use spotify to tune the EQ and I guess it is fine. It would not replace my airpods or airpods pro soon. Final note for connectivity. It does not have multipoint but has a clever system of if the last connected device is not reachable then the headphones automatically goes for pairing mode to be paired to another device. In my case I've paired to my iPhone and pc and if I want to switch I turn of Bluetooth on the last device, put the headphones on, let them switch to pairing mode and then go the second device Bluetooth section to connect them. Not very convenient but much better than re-pairing you need to do with some other headsets. Overall a pretty solid headset that worth to me max AED 100. Before this one I've used the Anker soundttrue which was better in all aspects other than hurting my ears due to in-ear design. If you are fine with in-ear have a look at them as well...

It is not working at all How can I return this ?

These true wireless earbuds are so amazing in sound, mike, efficiency, and comfort fit. They basically have everything you want in a tws, and i find that very great in comparison to their very affordable price. The mike is very clear, allowing me to use it in phonecalls and meetings with no issues. The Bluetooth connection in great too, as it connects right when you take it out of the charge case. I love how it's charge is very efficient and lasts for pretty long. The control buttons work just great as well, and are so comfortable. It's comfort, sturdy fit allowed me to wear it when exercise without falling even when jumping, and I'm absolutely happy with that, especially that i tried many tws models before, and they all fell down when exercise. Overall, it's a Very great pair of true wireless earbuds, and has a very great price, and i totally recommend it.

Pros Product is very good quality, compatible, sound quality very good, charging good, product finishing good, case is very convinient to carry in pocket, calls voice clarity is amazing. Cons Unfortunately, my right ear bud stopped charging and working on 5th day of purchase. Secondly, there is some technical error. When i place them in charging case, they are still connected with bluetooth and vice versa. Once i unpair and pair again, it works ok for sometime and problem reoccurs. Thirdly while on charge it shows red line initially and then clue less. How to know if its charged completely? Only option is to connect to ur bluetooth & then it shall show charging status for earbud only, not the charging case. Awaiting for Amazon to return and refund.
