I’m new to wood working. These seem very well made. They grip well in the hand. They’re very sharp and have a nice bite into the wood. The gloves were well made as well. However I did replace them with some that had a higher cut rating and better grip. You’re getting this set for the cutting tools. The gloves are just an extra. They make a nice spare if needed.
