This is a great seasoning blend for Bloody Marys and more. I like to use Bakon vodka (bacon-flavored vodka) in my Bloody Marys, but it's getting difficult to find where I live. This seasoning mix gives a nice bacon flavor to the drink. I not only rim the glass with it, but I also add some to the mix before shaking it up for additional flavor. The salt mix comes in two sealed packets inside the tin. It's smart, because when you dump one packet out in the tin and rim the glass, you're going to get a little bit of moisture in the salt. If you've done this with margaritas and salt, you know it can eventually start to clump up. By providing two packets, you can use one up before it gets too clumpy and unmanageable, then move to the next packet. The tin is large enough to accommodate pretty much any size glass. I imagine you could use this seasoning in cooking as well - it really has a great flavor. Some bacon-flavored salts have an artificial smokiness and don't really taste like bacon. Demitri's Bacon Rimshot tastes very much of bacon. I recommend this for a very tasty Bacon Bloody.

Tasty and worked well. It comes with two packages of spice inside, so you get another use out of it if your spices get wet from the glasses.

I don't like flavors on my glass rim, but for those who do, many guests I have had over have loved this when I served margaritas
