This lock is unobtrusive and will even secure a door without bottom guides
I prefer to allow some doors to hang without bottom guides. This lock will secure them by preventing the door from swinging.

This item is 5 times smaller than what this one in amazon shows here.and it looks as if this little device was not made well, and it's 5 times smaller than what you see on this page.I would not buy more of it ever, I have only two for testing and these will go to a pocket door that does not require to be secured. dont waist your money on this.

Latch Broke After 3 Days
I was really liking this product but the latch broke after 3 days of use. Very disappointing.

Cracked-doesn't slide in and out easily.
one side of angle iron was cracked so didn't slide in and out easily. Cant use it.

Strong lock
Very strong metal. I made the mounting hole a little bigger for larger screws. And it was challenging but overall I like the extra security.
