The formula must have changed
I have bought this product many times and tried dupes to save some money and they were not as good. I decided to buy it again, the mini version and it smudges, I get make up on my lower eyelids. It’s just not the same formula

DISAPPOINTED- Came dried out! :(
I’ve had this eyeliner before, but when I received this one it was already dried out I couldn’t even use it. Such a disappointment because KatVonD’s eyeliners have always been my favorite but this was just money down the drain.

The whole brush stays wet if that makes sense
I love it , easy to apply. Lasted all night and easy to remove

When not working run under hot water.
When stuck run under hot water. Wipe the run off off on the back of ur hand until not runny. I use unscented un-everything baby wipes for make up remover. Much cheaper then anything else. Also to save only rip off what you need.
