Fuenroble Red Chili . . .
I use Fuenroble Red Chili . . . Olive oil to cook fresh shrimp. I simple heated the oil tossed the shrimp around until pink. I was completely surprised upon tasting the shrimp that they needed no additional seasoning to enhance there taste and the shrimp were not oily. In fact the oil and moisture from the shrimp create a little spicy sauce. The shrimp cooked in the Fuenroble Red Chili made nice compliment for mix vegetables that were served. This is a great item to add to your culinary experience especially if you like spicy dishes.

Superb- just maybe not for salads-
Here's my qualification though: it was too heavy - too syrupy for me, so i offered it to my neighbor the Argentinian Chef; he judged it "excellent" for his breads and for basting - i think we agreed that it is too heavy for salads, which is what i was seeking.
