Works as promised
So I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It was sweet and the aftertaste was actually slightly reminiscent of brown sugar. Of course I do think the cost is quite high but given that it's 100% monk fruit and not mixed with any other sweetener I think it's a fair enough deal given that you truly only need a little bit of it and it goes a long way. Given that it is not mixed with other sweeteners it means that it clumps up a little when putting it in my coffee but that's easily solved by using the back of a spoon to kind of break it apart. Also I have noticed that if you let the coffee (that's what I used it for primarily so far, not sure about other things) sit a little bit, it actually gets sweeter with time. So don't jump the gun and put too much thinking it's not sweet enough, let it sit a bit and it will naturally get sweeter. Maybe it just takes some time to fully mix in but it isn't a big deal. All in all I am pleased with the product.

Last a Long time!
When, I used this product, I had it for a year or even longer. I was impressed especially since I used it every day in my tea and 100% unsweet hot cocoa. I would only use 2 or 3 spoonful( with spoon provided with monk powder in the bad) per 12 oz cup. I loved it has a ZERO SUGAR, hence making it a great diabetic friendly alternative. I didn't notice a texture difference in my tea or hot cocoa and if was not to sweet either which made it enjoyable. I would add it in my cup before adding the hot water for my tea and hot cocoa which made it dissolve easily. In comparison to the few times I forgot to add it before adding the hot water to my tea and hot cocoa I would have to stir it in to make sure it dissolved and not clump up. Baking ability, it requires I felt it requires alot in order to get that nice cookie sweetness of a normal cookie, which was a bummer. The size is awesome in itself, and worth the value along with the duration I when I used it. I currently am using a different brand that I purchased at a place called A Matter of Health, yet I paid close to the amount of this and only got 0.7 oz which is not that lot compared to the amount you get with the Tikihut brand. So after I finish my current one, I might be repurchase this relatively soon! ( :

Taste is like cane sugar
Well worth the wait and price! This product tastes just like cane sugar, which makes it pretty nice. My hands felt sticky and messy when I was scooping out the powder, so I placed it in a glass container. Also I liked how it really enhanced all my drinks. A little goes a long way so I just add 1 spoonful of it to my beverages and I am all done for the day. Though it takes some time to dissolve in cold drinks, it blends very easily when added to hot beverages. Overall, there isn't an aftertaste, so I plan on buying more in the future.

Quit being so sensitive
This product is super fine, powdery, and sticky. I don’t really care what others say, but this leaves a noticeable aftertaste on my buds. The powder is super sweet and only requires a small amount to sweeten your beverage, making it a convenient choice. I only used it in warm drinks, so dissolving it was not a problem. I wanted something all-natural, organic, and with no calories to sweeten my evening tea, and this does the trick. However, I can’t get over the aftertaste, and it is a sticky mess to use unless you're super careful. I’ll probably return to the Erythritol/stevia or monk fruit blend.

Expensive
Wow! So expensive! I knew what I was getting (4 oz isn't much) . Why is it so expensive? I weighed it and the weight was perfect - minus the weight of the bag of course. Tastes fine. It will be good for my unsweetened, organic, grass fed yogurt and to sweeten my tea.

Gives the desired sweetness
When I started using this, I noticed that shifting from traditional sugar to this sweetener took a bit of adjustment. It has a taste which is quite different from the traditional sugar. But once I got used to it, I didn't get bothered about its taste. Its versatile, especially in baking. It performs beautifully in baked goods, provides usual sweetness and helps achieve the desired texture and consistency in all of my recipes. It seamlessly integrates into batters which results in delicious treats which have lower carbs and calories too. While the taste may require some time to adapt, but I saw that when I experiment this with different recipes and adjust the amount of sweetness, I can get the desired amount of sweetness. Eventually, I liked the unique flavor and benefits it comes with.

Like it a lot, not as sweet at stevia but a good replacement
Read the reviews and was skeptical. Had seen others that said the product didn’t blend into their coffee well, was happy to see this has a fine texture and blended easily. I’ve been using a pure leaf organic stevia for years before I realized it was the source of my chronic inflammation. I wasn’t sure how monk fruit would compare, and ended up using a spoonful to get my coffee sweet enough for me. This is a milder sweet than stevia, and has a good taste. Stevia easily over powers my drinks, where this is more of a compliment. Wish it came in a shaker bottle for easy road travel.

Amazing taste. Doesn't have any after taste at all. Very sweet. Love it. Definitely getting more once finished.
