Ok so I bought the XL and was a bit disappointed because it was too small to even get the hooks latched and returned for 3XL & 2XL, but after squeezing into the 3XL I am happy to report that after wearing 16-20hrs per day , sleep is best. I have dropped significant weight ~ 45lb (3 Stone) and have subsequently downsized to not only reordering the the XL but now wearing a Large. Fitting into jeans I bought in the 90’s. And all in span of 2 months so @ 5lbs per week Awesome product, have been recommending to all of my fat friends. Better than wegovy or lap band surgery. Appetite reduced so much and plan to just use for sleeping once hit weight goal 15lbs to go.

My bad (maybe) not sure if I ordered the wrong version (there are 2 versions) or it’s listed to have a zipper but didn’t Not a deal breaker I do prefer a zipper I ordered a size smaller than recommended based on the reviews First time getting it on was a bear but I wanted it tight Second time was way easier because the belt stretched more. No way if I ordered 2 sized to small I could have got it on the first time. After one use it’s just not that tight The support straps had to stretch to thier limit to me tight and that leaves little room for the Velcro to adhere Bottom strap kept sliding down For reference I am 6’3” 220 pounds with a size 36-37 waist

I suffer from back pain from a tilted pelvis and wear a brace most days. I have a few of them but this is my preferred one for day to day use. It's long enough to distribute pressure well and the straps are placed so as not to pinch when I sit down. I also like how I can carry my phone secure by shoving it under the straps, which beats putting it in a pants pocket, now that phones are so big. If I had a single complaint it would be that the bra hooks on the front tabs are hard to do up when I need to get dressed in the dark. But that's a really minor quibble.
