Very easy to assemble and use. Love the hand handle included helps me workout my upper and lower body.

I like that the Allen key and wrench required to tighten the screws were included. Also there was a nonskid mat to keep the machine from sliding which was a thoughtful touch. I'm not a big fan of Allen keys. For me it is easier to tighten a screw where I can use my power drill if there is a lot of screws to tighten. The bike does not sit level. I'm missing one washer and one nut, so once I have those I'll see if I can make it level by swapping out the feet by putting the front in the back and the back in the front or turning one of the pieces around. It would be nice if the tension knobs had labels letting you know the amount of resistance. Without these labels we have to work by trial and error to get the proper resistance level. Otherwise, this is a good product.

Does not come with ANY assembly instructions but my 13 yr old child was able to figure it out easily. Very stable, only some slight movement during use, which should be expected based on size and long “neck.” Doesn’t cause any issues. Comfortable pedals and hand grips. Easy to adjust resistance. I do wish the “neck” had an angle or something, since my arms are clearly not as long as my legs and to be comfortable for my arms my legs have to be bent more than I would normally do on a bike. Not that big of a deal, though. I use this in a lift recliner with my leg wedge cushion behind my back and it is perfect. Has been a huge help while dealing with increased issues from disability and will be after upcoming surgeries as well I’m sure. Really a lot of bang for the buck.

I received this product just a few hours before and assembled it using the user manual which is quite easily understood. As a new user, I am happy so far. I exercised for a few minutes while watching TV. It is comfortable and I loved its adjustability and safe peddles. Also, it doesn't need big space. It is too early to write further. I can add more in the comments in future based on my experience. As of now, I do recommend this wonderful product with reasonable price for those who want to strengthen their arms and legs' muscles and as well as enhancing the vascular system.

Got this for cardio, well made , easy to follow assembly instructions, good price , works well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the foot straps need to be larger to accommodate shoes. Easily worth the money

I bought it for my aging parents, and I’ve also test drove it myself. It’s a simple product, as there are no motors or gears involved, but It feels like it will be very effective for some results, in terms of good physical health. Once u find the right seating and workout position, you’re on your way. I personally like it and will use it as often as I can. My parents also seem to have no complaints. And best of all, it’s not a heavy equipment when it has to be moved around the house. It’s a good manageable size.
