Bristol Novelty CF236S Victorian Street Boy (Small) Costume, Multi-Colour

Went down a treat for victorian day at school.

The product was ok for dressing up at school although not good enough for a proper costume. The hat was tiny and the trousers needed shorts under as they were so thin.

Unfortunately this didn’t fit my son….it fits small. The cap and vest were nice but the trousers were like paper! Very sheer and I felt they would tear easily. Had it fit, we would’ve still returned it as I felt was a lot of money for something that didn’t feel like it would last.

The materials used for the trouser is very thin, definitely not a quality material. I can not recommend.

Lovely waistcoat and hat, cheap and nasty top and trousers, and the stuffing is ridiculous! All the sizes were too big for my nine year old except the smallest, which was too small, and the hat is the same size whichever you order and is bigger than an adult hat!Even if you could get the size right, the cheap and nasty fabric choice ruins this costume which is such a shame as the waistcoat is nice. We sent them all back.

Trousers are a little thin but other than that very pleased with item.

My son and I dressed up as Mary Poppins and Bert for his birthday. The outfit quality is flimsy - we had to wear clothes under it to kerp warm- but the overall aesthetic is great! He really looked the part!

It was a lovely little outfit for my son's Victorian school trip but trousers were practically transparent.
