Easy and stylish
Lovely teapot. My husband and I make a pot of peppermint tea first thing in the morning and mid afternoon. We have 2 cups each every time. Easy to make and keeps warm. Easy to clean. Looking forward to sitting in the garden in the warmer weather sipping team and reading.

Great teapot for loose tea, watching it brew is pleasing and relaxing :-)
I decided to write this review as others said the glass was too thin, it topples over, the lid gets hot and it drips. I must say this put me off but after a rethink I decided to give it a try… … maybe the design has been changed, one issue with reviews is sometimes they get mixed up with the wrong product or older versions. Hence I’ve added a picture of the one I have. Well, in my opinion, this is the thickest glass I’ve seen in a teapot and being borosilicate as chemists use for test tubes and flasks I’d trust it on a gas ring or electric hob. As I like black tea with water raised to 95c in a heat controlled kettle I prefer to use this - boiling water actually removes oxygen needed for tea brewing taste and the latent heat needed to create steam actually means the water is at a slightly lower temperature. For me it only potentially topples over when it’s empty and the lid is opened, even then fails back onto it’s wide handle and I don’t use the provided stainless steel filter which makes it less likely to topple. I’ve aways tended to leave some water in the bottom between uses to stop staining, so this makes it very stable. As for the lid I find it perfect, as I open it and poor in a little hot water to warm the pot before emptying, adding the tea then close the lid for a quick side shake of the pot. When I open the lid before adding the water I get a rewarding smell of tea, before closing the lid and waiting for it brew as the tea leaves swirls around, very pleasing. For me it doesn’t drip even when I tried pouring with the filter in place, admittedly I don’t pour that quickly. My previous glass teapot had a stainless steel bottom section including the handle, now this did get hot. With this one the glass handle is so wide it’s very comfortable to grip and only just gets warm. So I fully recommend this tea pot based on the use as described above, I’ll update if anything turns up.

Lovelt glass teapot, falls back on itself when empty and the lid is up
This is a lovely glass teapot. The spout is great, no spilling. The tea strainer is great, very fine mesh, no little bits of tea leaves in the water, and after emptying it into the food waste, it's easy to clean, make a funny whistle noise when you run water through it. However when the pot is empty and you lift the metal lid realy to fill with tea leaves or water... it will fall back on itself from the weight of it's handle and the metal lid. A little annoying as if you're not paying attention this could easily fall and smash. Just be mindful when actually making tea as this guy is a jumper.

Overall, high quality, but with some design flaws
Good and stylish looking product, which is executed at high standard. The glass jug and the metalic parts are of good materials, well finished and easy to use. Having said that, the product has many design flaws. First of all, the inside edges of the metalic lid are very sharp and it's an accidental cut waiting to happen (e.g. when removing or when washing up)! The handle is not very ergonomic, which makes it difficult to handle when pooring tea out of the pot. The pooring nozzle (tip) is badly designed and drips after every use, which means you can expect a dirty tray/towel when finished serving. Cleaning (i.e. washing up) of the product is acceptable, though the lid is sharp (as noted above) and the jug's small opening will make it difficult for someone with large hands to reach inside easily.

Does what it's designed to do ; keeps 'solids' separate from liquid !
Personally ; using for plant material : pestle and mortar groundings . Such as "Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Ground Coffee Espresso Forte, 1kg (4 x 250g) - Rainforest Alliance Certified" , placed in the teapot whilst grindings of chicory root into the diffuser to brew . This separation enables me to drink coffee grounds whilst can chew the chicory . With others teabags of "Organic Dandelion Root Tea Detox - Raw Vitamin Rich Digestive - 5 Pack (100 Bags, 2g Each) - Helps Improve Digestion and Immune System - Anti-inflamma..." hung in teapot and grindings of burdock root in diffuser .

Base of Classica is
I love the design of this teapot, the Classica, but found that because it has a raised rim round the outside on the bottom the flat middle piece was not enough to heat the water quickly on my AGA hotplate. I drink only hot water from a mug which in my AGA kettle takes only 20 seconds to heat up enough but I am using metal so the water is contaminated. The glass took much longer. it is important to me that I drink only pure filtered water and glass is the best for that. I now have the Celebration teapot which is slightly better because the base has a bigger flat area and no discernible ridge. I sent several emails to TeaBloom and was treated with kindness and sympany to arrive at a solution to my problem.

Good but…
Nice tea pot, but I had to take off the heavy ball on top of the lid, as it was very much unbalanced. But still, the lid doesn’t hold much on the tea pot and needs to be manipulated really carefully.

As someone who loves their daily cups of chai, I've been pleasantly surprised by this glass teapot. The heatproof glass is tough – it handles the transition from a gas stove to my counter without any hint of stress, which is crucial for that perfect simmer. There's this cozy little spot for the tea leaves, cardamom pods and ginger slices that can be put directly into the pot without worrying about cleanup trouble later. Everything just rinses out easily. Plus, it's dishwasher safe. What's cool – literally – is watching the chai brew. The clear glass means I can see the tea turn that rich, inviting color, telling me it's just about ready. It's a bit of a morning ritual now, watching those swirls of spices mix through the water. It's not just about function, though. This teapot has some style. It sits on my kitchen shelf, looking sleek and modern without sticking out like a sore thumb amidst my other utensils. It's a nice, understated piece that fits right in. Pouring is neat, too. No spillage or dribbling, which I've suffered with other teapots. And let's be real, no one likes a messy chai pour. Would I recommend this to fellow chai lovers? Absolutely.

Absolutely awesome. This tea pot can really endure a flame of a candle or the heat of a stove for hours and the drink inside stays hot

Für den Preis unschlagbar. Der Griff ist zwar nicht grazil, aber die Kanne ist toll, das Sieb ist ein optisches Highlight und klug entworfen, sodass man es leicht reinigen kann.
