Must read
This book was assigned for one of my Masters classes. However, it not only helped my conversations at work, but also at home. A must read for everyone.

Easy read - relevant information.
I'm using the Knight's book for a graduate class. This is the third Knight book we've used, and I love them all. Very practical, not a lot of fluff, easy to read and relate.

Yes, but...
Okay but rather generic and Pollyanna-ish. Not my favorite but not a bad book, and to be perfectly fair, it did have several good points that most people either need to be reminded of or just plain taught. Too many people talk at someone rather than with them. If you have any kind of a problem, large or small, this would be a good addition to your personal library, assuming, of course, that you actually read it rather than skim.
