My original remote stopped working. I was without for 1 week. Had to use a ladder to work controls manually as TV is on the wall. Sooooooo happy to have a remote again. Remote is exactly like the original and works very well.

I got this remote because my old remote had buttons that quit working. You had to press some buttons harder or multiple times before they would work.I actually got two remotes that were exactly the same as the originals and they worked great,.

I was shocked that this was original quality and had everything but the Sony imprint. Highly recommended.

worked right out of the box but I also noticed immediately that the side silver-trim was loose and felt as though it was ready to come off, like the glue didn't stick along that area. I thought I'd give it a try anyway, and after a couple days, I noticed the mute button was slowly receding into the body more and more and now was almost flush with the surface. When I contacted the company about this, they admitted that some of the ones they checked in their stock had similar problems but they would not select me out a "good one" to exchange for this one, so I returned it. Here's their quote : "Dec 3, 2023 8:24 PM...Hi Michael,sorry for that,we checked our inventory, some are loose but some are not, but do not worry, both of them will not be off the remote,and the MUTE button is not mushy when we checked our inventory,if yours is mushy , could you send us a picture?by the way, if the MUTE button works well?thank you have a nice weekend"....
