EverPure Ultra Pigmented Anti Brass Purple Rinse-Out Mask for Bleached, Blonde or Highlighted Hair, 3 Ounce

I can’t love this stuff enough!! My only complaint is that it’s not always available!! So when it is, I try to stock up. When I first let my hair go gray, I started using this because I have very iron heavy water. Which even with filters and softeners adds an orange tint to everything! (I hate it - I really don’t know how anyone can happily live with well water - but that’s another topic). This stuff makes my orange hair white! Usually. There’s sort of a fine line on the amount of time to leave it on and I had to experiment to find that. Too long - I do get a bluish or purplish tint. Too short a time when my hair is bad - it doesn’t work. I’d forgotten this because once I got my hair where I wanted it - white with no blue/purple tints, I could use this once a week while in the shower and it maintained it great. Recently, though, my water softener broke and I immediately had hard, orange water. In the two weeks it took me to get it repaired, my hair got so orange and dry so fast!! I was just using this weekly and it wasn’t enough during this time. I had to do a looong, put it on and let it sit for a few hours (but not overnight - that’s when it turns purple), treatment. Back to white again. I don’t know what I’ll do if they ever stop making this! I’ve tried almost every other brand (even the ones at salons that are literally six times the price of this) and nothing does what this L’Oreal product does. I hope it works for you as well as it has for me. It’s been a life saver!

I'm a highlighted blonde that lives in an area with hard, mineral-rich water. It's a nightmare for my hair. I absolutely love these little purple conditioner treatments from L'Oreal Paris and having been using them for several years. They have been a lifesaver! The 'EverPure Ultra Pigmented Anti Brass Purple Rinse-Out Mask' is designed to be a single-use, but I'll admit to stretching the tubes into a couple of uses. This mask is ultra-rich and hyper-pigmented. The first time I used it, I was worried it might tint my hair purple, but I had nothing to fear. It does, however, work very well to reduce brassy tones. It also has a lovely scent that I'm really into. This stuff is awesome. I appreciate that this mask is ultra-pigmented and DARK purple—when I use one on my hair, I'm confident that it's actually doing 'something'. It conditions deeply and rinses clean. I haven't had this stain my tub, however I do make a point of washing any purple spots off the tile, glass and shower curtain—just in case. I love this product and buy it regularly. Highly recommend!

I have natural blonde medium to dark color with some almost platinum natural highlights. I use a purple shampoo from Schwarzkopf and then this conditioning treatment afterwards and it really removes a whole lot of brassiness, brightens my natural highlights, and makes my hair sleek, silky, and very vibrant looking. The smell is a bit overwhelming; it is strong. I don't really notice it much when my hair is in a ponytail or braid but when it's close to my nose I definitely smell it a day or two later. It's a clean smell, a little bit sweet. If you are super sensitive to scents this product probably won't work for you. I am moderate to highly sensitive to different sense but as long as my hair isn't right by my nose I can deal with this smell. The results are so worth it.

My natural color is a very light ash brown, and I have highlights that are as close to platinum as I can get, which varies now that I'm doing it myself. As is typical, the bleached parts of my hair are much more porous. I have used countless purple and toning products over the years and depend upon them to cut occasional warmth or brassiness. Anyone who uses purple conditioners, leave-ins, or shampoos knows that occasionally you'll get one that will just deposit way too much color, or you'll get no toning at the roots where you need it, while your highlights turn out lavender. The bleached bits of your hair are often way more responsive to color depositing products and that's always my fear when I try a new one. So I was pretty thrilled with this product which does not do that, but leaves a perfect beige tone and unifies any color or tone disparities between my natural color and the parts I have lightened. I also expected that I would need to add a deep conditioner after using the toning mask, but it wasn't necessary – this product leaves your hair so silky and smooth that adding a conditioner would be redundant. With the mask alone I find no need to add other purple products to the lineup – no purple shampoo or conditioner, and no need to follow up with purple toned leave- in products. It's just a perfect one and done product, and I'll be using it consistently going forward

I have been using L'Oreal ever pure purple shampoo for months now and have been really happy with it. I figured I'd try these masks to see if they would help get my hair a little brighter and softer. I have only used one tube and left it on for the recommended 5 minutes. It turned my grays and light blondes purplish. It also didn't seem to hydrate my hair like I'd hoped. It left a purple residue on my hair and scalp too even though I washed it out thoroughly. It smells nice though.

I tried this L'Oreal Paris Ever Pure Anti-Brass Purple Mask from Home Tester Club and I am impressed. When I highlight or dye blonde I tend to come out quite brassy. I have a lot of red undertones in my hair which causes this for me. I use a purple shampoo to help already. This product 100% works. I used it the 1st time and noticed a significant lightening of my highlights via less red/orange brassiness. You use the entire tube per use and no more than 1x a week. Warning it is very dark and may stain. It was all over the walls of the shower and things were a little purple until I wiped it down with some soap. Hands and skin as well, but washed off pretty well; I just wouldn't let it sit. I will use this product in the future to help get the results I want when going blonde. You are suppose to use a purple shampoo prior to this treatment as well, which I already do 1x a week. The price point for this product is $12.96 on Amazon for a package of 3.

I liked this mask. It definitely helped removed the brassiness from the highlights in my hair all while making it soft and smooth. It has a lovely scent which isn't too overwhelming. The only downside was the time it took for me to rinse the mask out...I feel there was a lot of water used and it still looked purple/blue coming off my hair.

Perfect time to try this mask! I recieved this through hone tester club to try for free in exchange for my opinion. I washed my hair then applied it. I was a little worried my hair was going to turn blue but I followed the directions perfectly and rinsed it out. My hair was soooo much better. No color residue left at all, my hair was silky soft, smells great and my brass disappeared. I was shocked. I always thought I had to buy salon products to conquer brassy tones. Love this mask! Will totally purchase!
