パン生地をこねたり伸ばしたりするのに使ってみましたが、 ハンドル部分が丁度手にピタッと収まる形で、 非常に握りやすく、その分、扱い易いなと思いました。 造りもしっかりしていて丈夫そうですし、 刃(と言うほど鋭利ではありませんが)の部分にメモリが 振ってあるのが気が利いてて地味に便利だと思いました。
