I have lots of health issues. One is not sleeping well. So I have started taking this supplements. Seems to be helping working. Seems to be helping. with energy as well. I will update after a few more weeks.

A high dose of magnesium will usually help with constipation very quickly, but these have no effect whatsoever. I'm not convinced they contain as much magnesium as claimed. Who knows, maybe they contain no active ingredient at all - these sellers are completely unregulated.
