This mat should be required for everyone! I was a little skeptical but was on a mission for all things healing and read about it and figured I’d try it. I’d love a full body one, but was unsure of the investment so i went w the smaller one. Now, I’d love both! It seems to help w everything - warmth, quick muscle recovery, calming, sleep, nervous system, and i have autoimmune things going on which it helps tremendously with - pain etc. To boot, mine suddenly had an error message after over a year and i called and they immediately replaced - no questions asked (though there were no exciting answers!) and shipped a new one out that day. I use it daily so a week wo it felt really long...and i noticed it’s absence greatly. Reunited and so happily...! The excellent and kind customer service is a rarity these days. As well as backing a product so thoroughly. They even gave me uses for the old mat so it won’t go to waste! Praise be! Even my teenager loves it. They don’t love many things. And i would swear it even calms the dog when he’s nearby. Muscles will thank you. Your nervous system will thank you. You will be glad you invested.

PROS: This mat seems to heat up faster than the full-size mat. It can be bent while hot which means I can use it in my foam bed while it is on and not have to worry as much about damaging the mat. The mat is very warm at full temperature. It helps me sleep through arthritic and muscle pain from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Fibro., and lingering symptoms from late stage Lyme disease. Despite the mat itself being less comfortable than a soft foam bed to lay on, I generally wake up less from pain and feel less sore when I do wake up the next day. It does seem to improve blood circulation and also does have a bit of a detoxifying effect like a sauna (when you have it cranked up high for a while). CONS: It seems to get hotter than the full-size mat on the bottom of the mat so keep that in mind. Obviously you can't fit your whole body on the mat but it is big enough to cover the back/lower back/buttox. I wish it was a little wider to fit my arms comfortably at my sides but still on the mat. The wire could be longer to plug it in. TIPS: Place a blanket over the mat while it is heating up for faster heat up times. Don't stay on it overnight without clothing on where the mat is touching you as it can leave burns at full temp. 65 seems to be fine though without a shirt on.

Do not hesitate if you are on the fence. This product is phenomenal! I was introduced to Richway full length mat several years ago. Always wanted one but could not justify the cost. This MediCrystal brand does everything the Richway brand does and possibly more. Everything is packaged separately in its own box or plastic and they even give you a complementary Amethyst bracelet. The customer service is outstanding. They get back with you immediately and even in the evening if is more convenient for you. The owner had a back injury and this is how he learned about these crystal mats. You cannot make a judgement until you try and just look at all of these 5 Star Reviews. As for me personally, Ive slept like a baby every night since began I use of this for just the 30 minutes. The negative ionic feature is the best I have tried and I have the mini mat. This one does not have the button for negative ion but it is not needed as powdered tourmaline is inside the mats and I can feel it strongly. This negative ion is the best feature for me as it causes deep relaxation in the body and a feeling of total wellbeing like when you are out in nature. I had a neck spasm and after laying on this the spasm went completely away. I recommend this product and I recommend this company highly.

I was so excited to get this mat. I used my friend's and loved it, so I ordered one right away. It came yesterday and when I went to use it, the tongs on the connector from the power source are bent so will not connect to the power cord on the mat. I am so disappointed! UPDATE: The company responded IMMEDIATELY and shipped a new mat which is so far, working very well. I am enjoying this product just as I hoped I would. Thank you for stellar, and personal customer service. I will continue to use this mat daily and enjoy the benefits.
