There are at least 4 pieces that are assembled to make this product. It is a flimsy, flat, plastic strip which is formed into a circle. It is wrapped with a loose- fitting foam. The materials were too weak to hold its form. I saw no value as a resistance tool, so I returned it.

Wish it would have come with some suggested exercises but was able to find some online. The product was what was expected.

It would be better if they would have Included a little better instruction. Watched YouTube to figure it out.

It’s ok only. The pads are all sticky pads and they’re off center so sticky parts are exposed to air, hair, dirt, clothes etc.
