This collection of instruments is extremely high quality. I care for my 19-month niece full-time, and I shopped around for quite a while before finding the LOOKIKOOS set. I can honestly say that nothing else I came across provided such variety and quality for the price. These are REAL instruments, not "kid versions" like so many other sets. I purchased these when she was 15 months old and they show no signs of wear despite their frequent use and my niece's sometimes aggressive toddler play. They're also quite nice to look at and are a welcome change to the bright plastic toys that often take over the rooms in our home. I started her out with four of the instruments: the tambourine, hand drum, maraca, and hand bells. She was able to play each one almost immediately, and four months later, they remain staples in her music basket. I love that she can grab those for independent play without me worrying about her safety. She has a tendency to run around and start dancing with the instruments, so I keep the ones with mallets separate and take them out during our music time together. As she gets older, these too will be great for independent play. We recently had a backyard barbecue with older kids ages 4-12, and the instruments were a HUGE HIT! The 12-year-old was just as interested in playing them as the younger ones. I'm confident that this set will grow with my niece for many years to come. The chime bar, wooden block, and hand bells, for example, offer varied tones based on where/how they're played, so as she gets older, she'll be able to increase the complexity of her playing. Overall, I'm very happy with this set, and I'd recommend them to anyone considering purchasing instruments for their kids.

Very well made and so much fun. My 3 year old granddaughter had a great time leading her musical parade for her birthday.

I really enjoyed this product in all aspects. I bought it as a gift for my nephews 1st birthday party and not only was it a huge hit for him but honestly everyone at all ages. We were all able to grab an instrument and play along as a family. This will keep your kids entertained for hours. The quality of the product was made very durable with good material and it arrived very nicely package. It also includes a bag to use for storage once you’re done. If your child is into music or if you’re trying to keep them engaged and off of the tablet, this is a great addition to their toys. I will be purchasing this again as a gift for my friends toddler.

Amazing Set. I purchased this to use with a summer toddler music program. My Grandson Loves it and I have to constantly tell the rest of the kids (my teens included) not to play with his instruments. The set is nice wood very smooth and well made. My only concerns are that he's only 3 and so when he bangs on the tambourine I worry he'll break the "skin" hitting too hard. I do wish it had two shakers and clackers instead of just one each. (only reason for 4 star)

I got these for my son for his first Christmas and he is 2 now still loving this set and using at least one instrument from it daily. It has held up so well with his not so gentle touch and is a beautiful set of toy musical instruments. We only offered some of the instruments when he was younger as there are some instruments with very small parts that could be a choking hazard. Such a wonderful gift!

Purchased this gift for my grandson as he has shown an interest in drumming, loves music and the different sounds items can make. My daughter and I chose only certain items, like the tambourine and a few safe instruments for a little one. He stands the tamborine up so it rolls, he uses little rubber mallets to drum. He will grow into the box but it has been fun playing with him!

So fun for any age. My kids are 1 and 4 and they both really enjoy it.

These percussion instruments produce pretty good sound, my daughter loves playing with them. Just be careful that some children might try to bite them and they have some metal or sharp metal edges.

this is a great kit and my little one loves to play with the various I struments (it seems to be especially appealing first thing in the morning before I've had my coffee)
