Repeat buyer. Smell is strong and herbal. I like it. If you don't like strong herbal smells don't buy. Works great for frozen shoulder and any other aches or pains you have. The trick is to put it on and don't take it off until it falls off. You have to take off the two adhesives. One on the sticker and one on the black part. I have used this on armpit, neck, trapezoid, knee, foot. Faster acting than hua tuo patches. I have sensitive skin and get a red reaction from using Band-Aids but if you put this on and leave it on until it falls off. Sleep with it at night. It generally comes off within two to three days and it is pretty much used up by then. People may expect some miracle cure but this definitely helps. Amazing item.

I typically like strong herbal smells but this one is terrible. I dont know what kind of oils they use for this product if they are real or synthetic but its not a pleasant smell at all. Unfortunately this product is not eligible for returns so I would consider that before purchasing.

I tried these lymph care patches after being diagnosed with lymphedema. The scent is quite strong—personally, I enjoyed it, but it could easily be overpowering for others. Applying the sticky pads takes some effort, with multiple backings to remove (and a few forgotten steps along the way). After regular use, I honestly can’t tell if they made a difference. Not unpleasant, but not a clear win either.

I'm not sure if these work, but the smell is so strong I had to stop using them.

My swelling is slowing going down & the scent is therapeutic as well. I will say it's best to do a lymphatic massage in the problem area first, before applying the patch (this helps with draining it).Whoever came up with this patch deserves an award, it was not only helpful but genius to create something so natural & convenient. I also appreciate them taking time to create a remedy for lymphatic swelling, it's common but options for healing are limited. Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these at the recommendation of a “breast reduction support group” on Facebook. They are lovely. My skin is not super sensitive. The scent is lovely. Definitely make sure to wash your armpits with warm water and get off all the deodorant residue before you put these on before bed, or they probably won’t work. I definitely feel less puffy, in the mornings after so have worn these overnight. I usually use them 2-3x weekly.
