Although the frame and engraving seem to be of good quality we are disappointed with the color. There is a definite difference with what we received and the picture showing on their site listed as "dark brown". Their Light brown" is more like a beige or tan, which would have been too light. With what we received it probably would have been better to go with the light brown. They need to update their photos to truly reflect the actual product color so not misleading to the buyer.

I got the blue faux leather frame and it was a beautiful color. The customization was done well and it came in a timely window. I'd order again.

Had a fun statement placed on the frame for my Best friend & placed an old picture of us in the frame!! She truly loves it! Great frame!

Thought for sure that because this was customized, it'd take at least a week. Within two hours of ordering, I was notified that the frame had shipped.Worried that perhaps I made a mistake upon ordering, I contacted the seller to see if the frame was shipped out blank. Again, thought for sure it'd take 24-48hrs to hear back. The seller responded WITHIN THE HOUR.I am beyond impressed. When I need another custom frame, I will definitely go through this seller again.

Could have spaced the words more evenly

This frame was received in perfect condition and wrapped very securely. The stitching is absolutely beautiful and flawless. Im so excited to give this as an engagement gift and will not hesitate to order from this company again.
