The 10th gen i3 gets the job done. We're not using it for gaming; just needed a replacement for my wife's aging Chromebook. It's super snappy and smooth with everyday web browsing, Office app usage, etc. I do wish they put a backlight in the keyboard, but not a deal breaker. Have also seen a few reviews online complaining about screen "wash out" but we have seen none of that. I'm not sure how many people use their laptops outside.. the brightness is perfect indoors but no clue how it would perform outside (not something we'll ever need). Good purchase, great seller.

I bought this computer right before freshman year of high school. It lasted me about halfway through my senior year. Not quite as long as I wanted it to, but still pretty good for the price. Plus, I maybe didn't take the best care of it. I was pleasantly surprised with its ability to run programs like Adobe Premiere Pro and various video games (nothing crazy like first person shooters though, just stuff like Undertale) The battery life isn't great, but that wasn't too much of an issue for me. It's not the sturdiest or most physically reliable. Again, maybe I didn't take care of it as well as I should have, but there's a chip taken out of a corner, the sides are all scraped up, there's electric tape on one side where the plastic that holds the screen on fell off, and the plastic bar in the middle that connects the screen part to the keyboard part fell off, leaving a hole in the middle. It's hanging on by a thread. The first problem I experienced with it had to do with a corrupted audio driver, which I was going to get my BIOS updated to fix, but then it started having a bunch of other problems and I decided it was time for a new one. It's lived a good life, though, especially for the price.

This is the perfect laptop for me. Extremely fast bootup, actually very fast everything. I do quite a bit on Excel, it loads almost instantly. Browsing speeds are very good even with my mediocre ISP. I really like this computer, It does everything a laptop should very well. I haven't tried any gaming on it, but it's not a gaming laptop.

I use the laptop primarily for email, news and otherwise cruising the internet. The Lenovo IdeaPad fills the bill

I did not realize it has no touch screen. For this price expected it to come with touch. Keyboard is ok, screen looks good
