I’m ambivalent
There’s so much information and misinformation about supplements that it’s difficult to rate them. My final decision is to save my money and do more research. As it was I was doing a solo study that would take years to get an inconclusive answer.

Be careful with your dosage.
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I took the recommended dose (2) to caps, which is 500 mgs. I will never do that again, matter of fact I threw them in the trash! I have no idea whether they're a good product or not! I only know that they didn't work for me so please be careful with your dosage. I had a massive headache, bloating was unbelievable, never in my life have I been bloated like that! I waited one day and braved up to take another one! I only took one this time. It still did not agree with me. Didn't seem to bother my husband. I would only advise that you start out slow. Do not take the full dosage Some of us may be sensitive to it.
