Great chocolate, but received a opened package trying to return it not hearing from the seller and can’t seem to get through to Amazon customer service so probably won’t order from the seller ever again

Yummy chocolate melted in mailbox
I love these chocolates! I don’t love that they delivered them to my mailbox instead of my front door. After a few hours in the mailbox they were completely melted. I tried to contact the seller to give them this feedback but I couldn’t get past their AI. The takeaway is that you should order these chocolates in the wintertime.
