Very delicious white chocolate if you love peppermint. Most peppermint things don’t have enough peppermint. This is real white chocolate, unlike what some reviewers say, and the texture is perfect. The first ingredient is cocoa butter, so it’s better quality and genuine white chocolate than many other chocolates on the market which don’t even have cocoa butter. The third ingredient is milk, after the sweetener. Also has chicory root fiber and corn fiber, but these are imperceptible. The package has changed to no longer show any brown which people might confuse to think it contains milk chocolate or dark chocolate. The package also says, “NEW RICH & CREAMY RECIPE”. So it’s probably a lot better than how it was when some reviewers said it wasn’t good. If you really love the cow milk taste of white chocolate, this might not be for you because the peppermint hides that flavor. It also hides the stevia & erythritol sweeteners, so it tastes sugar-sweetened to me. The only negative thing was that it was shipped in a box with cushioning, so one of two bars I’ve opened was broken in half within the wrapper. I’m not removing stars because the chocolate itself is excellent.

I’m a white chocolate and peppermint lover and was a little concerned about having this shipped in the summertime, because this week temperatures are in the mid 90’s, and I wasn’t sure if be home when it arrived. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the sellers had wrapped it with special “warm leather packing” — insulated with a small frozen bag. I am so appreciative of their thoughtfulness and extremely happy to have this amazing sugar free candy year round without worrying whether it will make it to me in tact.

Unbelievable that it’s sugarfree and tastes and feels this good, this smooth and creamy. The peppermint flavor is just right, and I can be picky about that. This ten-pack is such a great price for stocking up. I don’t care if I just got it in the middle of summer, it’s not just good for the winter holidays.

The company says it won't take this product back, even though it's not perishable, and there was no apparent problem shipping it to me this past week. Whatever this stuff is, it is NOT food grade. I tried melting the "chocolate" (broken into the tiny scored pieces of each bar) in a double boiler for 45 minutes. But instead of melting, is transformed into small round particle balls about the size of BB's, and ultimately into a gooey mass, more like liquefied plastic or rubber. At no point did the product actually melt. My husband tasted a tiny bit off his little finger and nearly gagged. He said it didn't taste at all like white chocolate, or peppermint, the flavor I purchased. I looked at the front of the box and it is described as "white chocolate style". Style? What the hell is a food style???? It's either what it is or it's not. Imagine chicken "style", or green beans "style"! In other words, this is not really food but meant to trick you into thinking it is. I hate to think of what this really is. The remaining 6 bars are going into the trash! This company should be banned from business everywhere!

Update: I am editing my review because another sugar free white chocolate has surpassed this one in flavor. But this is still my #2 choice for eating and I use it often for baking.Original review: This reminds me strongly of the Lindt White Chocolate bars. It is smooth and creamy, not gritty or grainy, and the cooling effect of the sugar alcohols is mild. It's not a terribly nuanced flavor but it does not purport to be. It did not appear to negatively impact my blood sugar. The price makes me sad but so does the cost of a good deal of more boutique or craft chocolate.
