Q: Can you remove or not use the girl driving it?

The model I have does not have a girl in it.

Q: Where do you get the paint? Is there a separate kit available with all the colors?

The instructions give you a list of paint type and numbers to use... Ebay was place to buy each individually... this model ended up costing me over $100 because of additional tools and paints. But It was awesome to build.

Q: Does this model come with a hard top option?

No, this model is an open roadster, no hard or soft top included. It has a representation of a folded soft top behind the bucket seats, but it looks real enough.
