The Nuclear Radiation Detector Spectrometer for Android Geiger Counter Sensor is a miniature, lightweight, portable, convenient, reliable and intelligent device for your phone running Android OS!The Nuclear Radiation Detector Spectrometer for Android OS works with phones, tablets, laptop, PCs and Arduino. Also works on android devices without a headphone jack can using a Type C to 3.5 jack adapter. Does not work with iPhones from model 7 and newer, and also does not work with any adapter from iPhone to headphones. (can work with models IPhone that have a 3.5 jack socket) The principle of operation of the spectrometer: a plastic scintillator. A Nuclear Radiation Detector Spectrometer Geiger Counter Sensor allows you to identify a radioactive object, evaluate the radioactive background, and also obtain the energy spectrum of ionizing radiation for subsequent scientific research.Notice! During measurements, you must put your smartphone in "Airplane mode", turn WiFi and Bluetooth off. Measurements may vary slightly depending on the smartphone or smartphone model. Doesn't work
Have tried it with various software for Android and PC and it simply doesn't work. Don't waste your money. I have a GMC-500+ and a few radiation sources that I can crosscheck with and this device simply doesn't give any signal. I've tried it with 3 different phones.
