Why are they unboxed?

Well the bigger size I ordered were boxed. These littlier size one were in a plastic bag. Now I'm just guessing, but these little sizes are the ones Este Lauder gives away free in her gift packages that you get when you buy over a certain amount at places like Macy's when they are having a sale special. Now I'm guessing again that maybe Este Lauder gives them to companies. Really dont know for sure but they've been fine either way. I have no complaints.

I purchased this product based on the answer to this question. I wanted the exact product in the picture and ended up receiving the Resilience Multi-Effect Night Tri-Peptid. I am very disappointed because I expected the original product that has been retired as in the actual picture: Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Night Lifting / Firming Face and Neck. NOT HAPPY
