These Danish Dough Whisks are made in Poland. Great for mixing handmade Artisan loaves. You'll appreciate this well made little tool. It's made of stainless wide wire and the handle is made of natural birch wood.

Mixer for Sourdough Yeast Starter
It isn't a necessary tool, but I like it, and tend to use it every time I feed my starter as it mixes much more efficient than a spoon. I use a 3/4 quart Bromioli Rocco Fido Jar and the whisk easily fits in the opening.
