Ive used this color for years and I always get compliments on my hair color

I got the natural blonde one, the product itself is fine but the box it came in was trashed and folded and it took forever to come. It lightened my hair but not how I wanted and it came out orange, I will be doing another round of it today to see if it can lighten more. I also added 30 developer in it so I did nothing wrong and followed the directions.

I bought it because advertising that you can use it as it is, straight from the tube, but first, there was not instructions, you have to open up the whole little box and use a magnifier in order to read the microscopic letters that say you need to mix the product with peroxide and make a paste and put it in the applicator, but... there is no applicator and no container to mix. Then they suggest to apply to the hair and then wait 20 min and apply again now in the roots and wait again. So, the procedure is the same or longer than a regular tint. I bought it because they advertising use it straight and fast but .. is not true. Very dissapointed with the false advertising.

I have locs and used this product to color them. It works great!
