This is going to sound totally weird and impossible but I know it's true.I mainly bought these for YouTube videos in bed next to my son while he goes to sleep. Having regular headphones the cords got tangled and we're in the way. Not to mention my son wanting to play with the cord. These are much more discrete and out of the way.So I tried these out the first time and I was impressed with the sound, but YouTube started to freeze and buffer over and over while the video quality would go down to the lowest. I didn't suspect these headphones to be the problem I obviously suspected the internet.My device never ever ever ever buffers. It's a OCTACORE tablet. Always always runs videos smoothly. Never experienced any buffering even with Hulu and Netflix. When I say never buffers I mean no wait time. Obviously everything has to buffer, but with the tablet there's just no wait time. No interruptions. I was actually concerned that it was buffering like what's wrong with it. Just so that's clear.So eventually I gave up on YouTube because I was frustrated. I powered off the headphone and was about to exit out when it suddenly went back to normal. Still, not suspecting the headphones, I turned them back on. Went back to poop. I turned on my phone's wifi and had no problems with that. After many times just checking with the headphones I've come to the conclusion that for whatever reason these headphones mess up YouTube quality. I feel so confident in saying that because I've tried them with five different devices, mostly phone's and it's all the same thing. Not only did I try different devices, but very numerous tests on each device.I don't know how it's possible, it sounds insane, but it's the truth. I don't know if I got some weird government tapped or alien headphones, but I know for a fact it's the headphones. It's so annoying to the point I don't use them anymore.I've had other Bluetooth headphones, cheap like these, they never did this. I know there are gonna be people who look at this and say it's something else that's the problem, but I am TELLING YOU. I know for a fact it's the headphones! I'd put money on it. I've done everything that you could ever tell me to try. It's the headphones.ITS HEADPHONES.And no, I will not wear that straightjacket, thank you.

This Bluetooth seems like it could be really nice but they cut out every few seconds making it seem like I'm listening to a CD that is skipping. The call feature is really bad, it doesn't connect well at all, you can not hear the person speaking on the other line and it cuts out even worse than when playing music. I was really disappointed. I am going to return these. They are really cute and look super nice, fit in my ears perfectly and don't fall out but all that means nothing if what your listing to, you only get bits and pieces of. Sad that this product was as bad as it is. :(

I love them. They stay charged for a long time. My only complaints: 1) The clear earbud piece came off the third time I wore them so I will need to find replacements 2) You cannot really use them to make calls. People cannot hear you clearly on the other end of the line.

Was pretty happy with this purchase. It came charged and ready to go. The sound quality is pretty decent, I'm pretty picky being a music lover. Amazon Shipped extremely fast. The pairing instructions were way off from what it said but it is pretty simple to pair so it didn't really matter.Update: after a few months the no longer hold a charge!

Been using for several months. Works without issue. Worth every penny I spent. Not going to last you 8 hours of constant play, or be the quality of Bose, but if you need something to listen to music or make phone calls works without issue.

Works great, The audio is loud and clear. This is my first pair of wireless headphones and I would purchase this same pair again.

I just bought these so I could workout, bike or walk with them. I love the sound quality, battery life and even the connection are all amazing as well, I only have one problem they like to pop out every so often the little stabilizer hoop is too big for my ear. Otherwise these are a great product for the pice!
