Bought this for my dad and he really likes it saying that it helps with his breathing and sleeping. I have tried myself and it does help my sleeping. Recommended mostly for the elderly. It worths the price!

It is a good value if you use this bird nest drink as a habit. You can get this at a cheaper price than what you get from a grocery store. I am not recommending this product as a medical enhancement to your regular medicine. I purchase it because my wife likes it, and the shipping is free from Amazon Prime.
