Best Beginner Razor
Finally jumping on the electric shaver bandwagon and this item did not disappoint. I was looking for a beginner electric shaver and after researching, picked this one. Used it a few times and never going back to regular shaving. Not only has this improved my shaving time in the shower, but the closeness and smoothness can’t be beaten!

Nice Razor but some quirks
The media could not be loaded. June 2022 I had some cons with this razor but it’s still going strong & shaves as if it’s brand new. I just spend a little time cleaning the head out with the brush they provided. Definitely worth the buy & definitely recommend!2 month update: this razor continues to shave my legs smoothly. I do my best to clean the head out.The price that I paid for this razor I like. I got it on sale & feel I got a deal. I’m not totally happy with it though. I’ll lay out the pros & cons. I hope my video shows how nicely it does works. It continues to charge with no problems. Overall I’m happy with this purchase & do recommend it.The Pros: It’s slim & I love the design. It’s very easy to maneuver around my knees & ankles. It’s lightweight. It’s easy to hold. I have sensitive skin & my skin had no adverse reaction. It shaves nicely. I wanted to try it out as soon as I received it to make sure it worked & all was ok with it. I didn’t have much hair to shave off my legs, some was just growing back in. My razor of 5 years suddenly broke & I used a disposable razor recently so I had stubble hair growing back in. It shaved what was there nicely & my leg felt smooth after. I like the blue light that comes on when I’m shaving. It gives a better idea of allowing me to get at places I may not capture when shaving. The Cons: It comes with a little brush cleaner but it doesn’t do much to clean it. The top of the razor doesn’t come off to get the hair out from underneath it like my previous razor did. I was surprised how much hair I would capture before. With this one I’m not able to do such. It only allows me to clean the outer portion of the head. The purpose of the little brush, I feel, doesn’t have one. Any hair that is captured on the outer portion of the razor blade could be wiped off or even blown off. That’s a disappointment. It charges with a USB cord (no charging box, only the cord-fyi) but when it charges only a red light comes on. There’s no charging indicator that shows that it’s fully charged. It’s a guessing game. For me I don’t know if I’m over charging it, thinking it may cause a problem if I keep in plugged in too long. So I really don’t like that. Also it’s very touchy to sit it on its charger. I feel the charging unit should have been bigger to hold the razor firmly in place. I had to get it just right for it to stand perfectly to charge properly. A black bag comes with it but it’s not big enough to hold everything that comes with the razor which stinks. Only the razor itself fits in the bag. I don’t know what the manufacturer was thinking in what the buyer would do with everything else. Luckily for me I have a bigger size bag from my previous razor that holds everything. So that’s my overall review of this razor. It shaves nicely, bottom line, which reflects my 4 stars. I think I would give it 3-1/2 stars if I could do to thecons but as of now I’ll stick with the 4. I hope there is longevity with this. I’m a reviewer that updates when something changes so I’ll be sure to do so if necessary. I recommend if you ok with the cons.

Better than a brand name version
I have a brand name razor and I like this one so much better. It does a better job on my chin hairs. The only thing that would make this better is to have one side of the razor be able to pop out to get the longer hairs easier. I haven't had it long enough to know the battery life but one reason I got this is my current one has started to lose charge quite quickly.Edited to add: excellent customer service. I emailed for the cleaning instruction video and received a reply right away. I'd rather have a link in the instruction but I was very pleasantly surprised to get the response so fast.

Turns off while shaving and it hurts (pulls hair)!
I'm not sure how well this shaves other than a few min worth at a time - long term. I received this and immediately plugged it in to charge over night. First off, the manual that comes with it states you'll know its at "full charge" when the red ring is lighter, lighter than what? The starting red ring around the on/off button..how do I know its lighter? Its still a red ring and I'm looking at it as a new customer 8 hours after I plugged it in and its just a red ring. Perhaps it should turn green..blue heck just a different color would be nice!Next, I removed it from the USB charging base, pushed the power button and started test shaving on my forearm -ouch! It hurts, it pulls hair opposed to cutting/shaving it..I sucked it up and found out I had to go over and over my arm hair. Okay, this is arm hair, softer than coarser leg hair. After 5 passes my arm was as close to free of arm hair as I could get it (I still observed a few baby hairs sticking straight up). I then tried my leg hair thinking my arm was probably more sensitive since I've never shaved them before, nope - it still hurts, mind you its not I've had my nose broken before pain, but its pain like my hair is being pulled not shaved off easily.Lastly, this shaver kept turning off and I wasn't touching the power button. I'd turn it back on and immediately it would turn back off again. It charged for just over 8 hours. I decided to put it back on the charger until the next day, nope same thing! In conclusion,Pros:Nicely packaged, you know - everything was in the box and fit well,Ergonomic - fits my hand nicely and its easy to hold,LED light is nice, but really not that bright or necessary unless you plan on shaving in the dark?Reasonable price (pro and con) is it a good price if it doesn't work?Cons:Painful to use - pulls hair as you move it along skin, and you must go over and over the same spot again,Won't stay turned on, even after sitting over night for two days,The black storage pouch is two small (narrow) to adequately hold the charging base, USB cord and attachments, so pointless.Made in China (I do research where manufactured because I prefer to buy USA),Red LED light charge indicator needs to change to a different color when fully charged.I always research my purchases, I read Amazon reviews and look up website reviews from "reputable" sites (although, its getting harder and harder to find these especially if they have a link to the item as they get paid for clicks). A lot said this was a decent ladies shaver - they were wrong. Unfortunately, I will now have to dig the box out of the recycle, reassemble the box, repackage this back up, go to the package carrier and send it back. What a hassle.I don't recommend this shaver. I'd like to, but I just can't at this time.Edit: I broke down and just paid for a mens Philips 6000 ($89 at Costco opposed to $139 on Amazon) and what a difference, absolutely no pain AND it shaves great plus it has a charge status bar so its easy to see where the charge stands and the case it comes with fits everything! Well worth the money, I guess the lesson learned; you get what you pay for.

This is an acceptable shaver. It's not amazing, but good for its price point.
For context: Full body shave, comparison equivalent razor is a Panasonic ES2207P.The good: Battery life. Water-resistance holds up. Affordable. Easy to hold. The ok: The light doesn't add anything to the experience unless you were crazy enough to shave in total darkness, and then it wouldn't be bright enough. The Not-so-good: Too many passes to get a close shave and still isn't as close as I'd like. You need that long battery life because shaving takes much longer than it should. Some picking of skin in sensitive areas. Charging light never turns off so you never know if it is fully charged.
