BUY IT!
LOVE LOVE LOVE. I had no idea I was missing this in my life. My sister told me about this and I used it EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. this past winter. There was one night after a hockey game that I put it on setting 6 for 2 hours (the max for both settings) and never woke up too warm. I actually travel with it now. I’m always cold and even hotels are too cold, so this thing can either take the chill out or keep me warm. BUY IT. I just lay it on top of my sheet and I lay on it under the blankets. Love the many setting for heat and timers.

Great heating pad
I have had this heating pad for 18 months. It works very well and the levels of heat are awesome. The size is perfect for full coverage of the back. I have used it almost every night on my achy back. The fabric is soft and it is made very well.

Keeping because of the warranty & manufacturer's evident concern for quality
I think I'll probably be keeping this just on principle, because I want to support a company that - theoretically, at least - stands behind their product with an extended warranty. That said, I may never have to test the warranty, so I may never know if they'd back it up, but it is still refreshing that they offer it instead of cynically creating a disposable garbage product that adds to the landfill just so you'll blow another $30 6 months later -- like most other heating pad manufacturers.I use these things a lot for chronic pain, so I know the racket & that's what set this one apart. That said --(Minor) Cons:1) I think the little interface is needlessly complex. It isn't a problem for use at all, but it does make me raise an eyebrow, because introducing needless complexity into a system creates more points of vulnerability & tends to diminish product longevity, unless they are safeguards or modular parts for repairs.I personally prefer one that just has one big button, you hit 3-5 times to crank up to max ever 90 minutes or however long it takes before it times out. When you customize your settings, you only actually need to hit one button and it has...firmware?!...that remembers the last settings & retains them, as you can tell by its digital display - and so technically, in subsequent uses, if your needs are consistent, you only have to hit one button - but because there are a few buttons, and the shape of the interface is a little off-meta, you have to pick it up and regard it with some level of conscious consideration just to hit that single button. It actually ends up being a more drawn out process, in terms of, you know, seconds. That's barely any sort of inconvenience, that's really a "first world problem", but just enough to make me prefer the "stupid" ones that are just one big dumb button. Definitely not a reason not to buy it, but just a note to the manufacturer in case they ever check here for user feedback. If the buttons had really different tactile sensations (shape/texture) and it would be easy to find the "On" button by touch in the dark, that would make a huge difference. This product currently feels like the solution of someone very rational who lives in their head, but maybe doesn't think much with their hands.2) I wish it were more weighted. It's not great to use when you're working, because it constantly falls off. It's very springy & lightweight. I massively prefer the sensation of my weighted heating pad.PROS:1) Extended warranty, as I mentioned - thank you. This really speaks for professional integrity on the part of the seller, which is so rare these days.2) Unlike 8-9 out of 10 other heating pads purchased online, there was no awful smell coming out of the box. I can't *guarantee* this is a completely safe, nontoxic product, because I don't totally know what it's made out of or where it came from, but I can at least say that the box smelled FINE. There were no weird or disturbing chemical odors either when I took it out, or at any time while using it, even before washing it. It is 100% neutral, which tells me that at least Q&A is doing their job.3) Very soft & pliable, bends easily & doesn't stiffen up when cold.4) Gets satisfyingly warm. I strongly prefer a heating pad that has the power to burn you if used incorrectly. Because then I have options - if I'm wearing lots of clothes, I can still feel it. If I'm not, I can put up a barrier. I appreciate that they didn't "dumb it down" for safety concerns and just let the user exercise their own agency of choice.5) Washable6) The pad is all one piece, so there's no obnoxious cover to keep snapping on every time it falls off. I mean, that's how the modern ones do it, but it's still something I'm grateful that the industry has finally standardized. What a dark age, when heating pads were just an awful plastic pad with a pillowcase around them!

Machine washable?
It's an amazing heating pad. My only problem is that is it's not as machine washable as it says. I've had some in the past where you can just throw it in the washer and dryer without a problem. This one you have to measure to make sure it does not shrink. You soak it in your washer for 5 minutes put it to spin then put it in your dryer for 5 minutes on high heat. Other than that it's an awesome hating pad.
