The media could not be loaded.  I have an electric recliner in the middle of a room and the cord was covered by a little rug. We got our puppy and he kept shredding rugs! So i decided to try this product and get rid of the rug. I did not have high hopes but thought it was worth a try. Wel! It worked! It looks good - and the pup hardly notices it. Now, if he notices it and decides to chew it, it will get shred as well, but so far it works great!

The product worked as described, BUT taking off the red "tape" was a huge issue. Could not get it started and when I did it pulled the adhesive with it, eventually I got it off, but all the "start" areas are not snug to the floor. All of the "Start" areas are under furniture, so it really doesn't matter. But several 4 letter words flew out of my mouth while attempting to pull off the red tape!

We’ve had this stuck to our carpet for over a month and there is no sign of it coming unstuck anytime soon! I’m even able to run the vacuum over it without it coming up.

I moved my computer and needed to secure the coax cable. This cord cover was easy to use, and sticks to the floor with no problem. I have ceramic tile with wide grout bands, so I was worried the rough texture and uneven floor would be a problem. But, it was not. I first pealed a 3-4 inch section of the adhesive cover, folding it over towards the outside of the strip. I then put the cord in place, completely enclosed in the cover. Then pulled the adhesive covers off and pressed the cover to the floor. It has stuck down just fine and no danger of tripping over the wire. Good product. I was at first worried about using small sections because I had 12 feet to cover, but two 5-foot sections worked out quite well.

Given the times, I had to set up a home office in the dining room where I have my Mac in the DR table. I was concerned to dog would run by and pull the power cord and my Mac off the table. This was a perfect solution. Just the right size and lays flat. I decided not to adhere it to the floor as this is a temp office and it’s working out great. Love this product and would recommend it.

I have an Ethernet cord going from the router in the living room and used this to cover the doorways. Even though it's carpet, the adhesive worked as advertised.Love it.

This product is a great alternative to the standard grey rubber wire runner that has been around for years. It is much softer to walk over and lower in profile depending on the wires placed inside it.I don't think I would recommend it for a high traffic environment with carts rolling directly over it, but foot traffic or under a mat or rug would be a perfect place where it would be a great improvement over the old style of wire runner.The adhesive was necessary for my usage, given the roughness of the surface ("spongy gym mat") that it was placed on, but I can see where it might not be needed for some tile or wood surfaces. It is a little pricier than the older solutions, but it was definitely worth it for me.

The apartment I moved into has a huge flaw SMHI bought this because one wall has a cable port for the Internet and the other wall has power outlets.... This solves my problem because I was able to "bridge" the two together, and have a smoother router placement. It was pretty easy to use and the adhesiveness is pretty good. Be careful and take your time when installing it onto the floor. I also recommend cutting an extra millimeter on each side for a comfortable fit between walls.

My wifi plays up from time to time so I’ve got a wired connection to stop the disconnections but the wire goes straight across a walk way. I got the cord cover for two reasons, one so I don’t trip over it and two so I can Hoover without having to keep moving it.I thought it wasn’t going to stick at first as it came rolled up, so I rolled it in the opposite direction to reduce some of the curve and then removed the tape and stuck it on the carpet (very short pile carpet)So far it’s not moved once even when hoovering over it so job done and I’m happy with the product.

I purchased 3 of the Floor Cord Cover X-Protector (Brown) at the same time.Delivery was very quick.However, the three items varied in quality and shade of brown (almost like they were different products but in the same packaging).The best of the three was 60 inches in length, with neatly squared off ends and laid flat on the floor almost immediately.The second was a similar shade of brown to one of the other items but was just under the advertised 60 inches in length.The third one was a completely different shade of brown, was about 1 inch shorter than advertised - with poorly cut ends (not squared off), which reduced the reusable length by about another 1 inch. It did not lay flat immediately and required the adhesive (with a weight on it for a number of hours) to get it to stay flat on a hard floor.

The decision to buy a floor cord cover didn't come to us right away. We've stumbled over the wires in the living room every time since we installed a game console with a huge plasma TV. You should have seen this perfect play area, just our home paradise.But my boyfriend is against the photo on the social network.
