I thought for sure these would unscrew. They stay put as I have a pair of pants that has has one of these in it for about 3 years now without coming loose at all. Love 'em. Zero brain, zero effort button mends right here and they look decent, too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are nothing short of awesome. Too many pants and shorts, even name brands, lack actual steel buttons and instead have cheap plastic sew on buttons that can and do fail. These are very easy to install. Take a razor and slice off the plastic button. Then poke a hole. I use a screw - literally a metal screw, and I screw it into the fabric which creates a perfect hole for the button. Then just install the metal button. These have given a bunch of my pants and shorts new life. So glad I found these!

Great idea for a replacement Jean button, but I’m not convinced it will stay screwed together without some sort is adhesive to stop it unscrewing. We will see

Perfect quality buttons for jeans. I was duped into buying fast-fashion jeans on Depop and had to replace the buttons that broke. These are way more solid of a metal, not aluminum plate or hollow. The screw on backs are insanely easier than punching metal together. Plus, you can remove them if you ever need instead of wire cutting them off (like I had to do to the cheap ones I replaced). The only issue is that they’re kinda small so it’s tricky to button your pants. But totally way better than what was on them.
