Great quality and features for price
First, look at the price. It is significantly cheaper than many other brands for very good glass and features. Some reviews are complaining that this is not a rangefinder. It is! What it isn’t, is a DIGITAL rangefinder. The description and pictures make this abundantly clear. Digital rangefinder binos are over 1000 dollars. If you believed these were digital rangefinders, I recommend following the axiom “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” Next, you will have to do some simple math to estimate range, as well as know the height or width of what you are ranging (or nearby objects). If you don’t like solving math (understandable), use the many great apps that exist for ranging. The eye cups are comfortable, and they focus very sharply with little to no desaturation in color. I was surprised by the weight as they are a very satisfying weight and don’t feel cheap. They are as clear as my Vortex glass to boot. Recommend highly for the price in quality and features. These will work no matter the conditions, rain, sleet, or apocalypse. If you want a digital rangefinder, you’re going to have to pay a lot more for it. Great binos, at a great price, with great features.

Surprisingly Good
I haven't put these these through tough use yet, but for what I have used them for( a few short hikes with my daughter, and some junior bird watching), they have been great. I have used some very high end military binoculars in my day, and while I wouldn't put these at their level, these are still some very nice binoculars. They are solidly made with adjustments easily made. They are coated with rubber for a positive grip. The compass lights up as it should and is visible by day or night. On the range finder, it is in mils so you either need to do the conversion, use the dial on the front, or get a mil dot master sliding rule offered here on Amazon. That's if you are buying it for the ranging option. The glass is very clear. It comes with a quality case and the optic covers are well made and remain in place. I am pleased I purchased these.

Alot of Bino for the Dough $$
Just completed an out of the box review on these and the for the cost, I'd say these binos are very tough to beat with the long list of features, build quality, and optics clarity. The carrying case and straps are also good quality and I really appreciated having the reticle/compass light battery pre-installed from the manufacturer so the unit is ready to go out of the box. I also love that 2 extra batteries are included and that the reticle illumination only stays on when the button is depressed so as to save battery life. The reticle also has numeric grid indicators whereas some much pricier binos don't include a numeric scale. My only ding on this product is that the rubber eye cups, while soft, are not very comfortable/ form fitting to the face, but for $99 you can definitely live with it! Overall, these binos look, feel, and perform like a well made product. Only time will tell if this optic holds up in demanding marine and/or field environments, but for just having some affordable binos on hand, these are probably about as good as you could ask for.

Good binoculars , need to be careful when using the compass
I bought these because I race a sailboat and I needed the compass function - I already have some great standard binoculars. First as plain binoculars these are first rate, bright, clear image with no aberration. However with the compass it needs to be perfectly level when reading it. This means the binoculars cannot be pointing up or down. You cannot adjust the eyepieces to fit your eye spacing, the only thing that matters is that the graticule is vertical and the compass horizontal. Then you will get a really accurate reading, good to a degree in my case. I was put off at first by this and then I considered "they are $90"! You want to pay 10x then you get a fully stabilized compass, but my application of racing sailboats they are great. Of course if you are not using the compass function then you can adjust inter eye distance etc to be whatever you want.

Great Optics - can’t beat the price
Quality product for a great price. Don’t let the low price scare you away into thinking this can’t be any good. Great optics, waterproof - why spend $400 - $800 when you can get these binoculars at this price point ? Two thumbs up, you won’t regret it PS — I just bought a second pair to keep at the fishing club

Would give 4 stars but the angle/left objective lens dial doesn’t seem to work. Fog easily
Clear view, but they fog very easily (very hot and humid where I live). The left objective adjustment/angle dial doesn’t seem to work. Besides that they are good quality.

Incredible value
I had been looking at lots of high-end brands of marine binoculars, and was seriously considering getting Steiners. I ran across these in my search, and decided to check them out. I was astonished at the level of quality, cosidering the low cost. The features alone would make it a great deal, but when I actually went outside and looked through them, I was very surprised. The clarity and detail is stunning. I doubt if even the Steiners could provide a noticeably better view, even at a cost many times higher.
