We all know the importance of Omega-3s, so I'm not going to bore you with what you already know. They are rather large pills to swallow, but that's to be expected given that it's 900 mg of Omega-3 in a single pill. They are thankfully tasteless and burpless. Just really wish they weren't so pricey at $50 a bottle.

There's no fishy taste or fishy burping. I was taking flaxseed oil to get my required 2000mg of Omega-3. One of these 2x a day gets me close enough. They've got a new customer
