Years later after finding out the hard way, I wasn’t seeing the right cardiologist I needed to be seeing. Anybody that has a congenital heart defect should check with a CONGENITAL cardiologist to see if you should be making visits with them, instead of your local cardiologists. On June, 2019 I, not having a clue to expect this, had an episode of ventricular tachycardia. Basically, I bent over to try to pull a small stump out of the yard, then my heart started racing. Me, not sure what was happening and in denial, thought something just needed to pass through my system. After 22 hours, I finally went to the ER. I was told I was lucky to be alive, my heart was racing a 22hr marathon at over 200bpm, and surprised I walked in and never passed out. After this, and a two week hospital stay, including an ablation and an ICD implant, I was FREAKED OUT and felt there was no need for any other convincing on figuring what I could do in my power to prevent this from happening for as long as possible. After having enough with burps that tasted like I ate a decaying fish, I was done buying just what I could find at the store. I needed something else. I needed to find something I could trust. I needed to do some research. I checked reviews and prices on Amazon. Then, I looked for reviews and and ratings from other sources online. I found LabDoor.com, which seems be legitimate and unbiased. They do ratings and comparisons with many categories. Only thing is, is that you might not find ratings for all of the products you may be interested in. But, there are TONS, and they do tests on more and more. I hope this is helpful.

Pricey but a must-have vitamin. After 6 months of taking it consistently, I had a significant increase in my vision health. My eyeglass RX went for +6.00 in both eyes (which is the RX i've been in for almost 10 years) down to +4.75 in one and +4.25 in the other. I also noticed an difference in my mood and energy but that is hard to quanitify. No fishy taste or burping afterward but do be sure to take it with food or like a smoothie.
