Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this seller and backpack set.My daughter was so excited for this backpack set. The design is so cute! The flexibility to have it rolling or wear it on your back is great. However after 2 days, the bow fell off. After slightly less than 2 weeks of school use, the whole back seam along the back and bottom ripped! She doesn’t carry any heavy books either!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this in September. When I got it, the handle would not go down all the way without force. Eventually, it stopped working all together. The straps that held the bag to the platform come out very easily. The pocket is too small to carry all my daughter's school books/supplies (she is in 5th grade). The lunch bag strap broke. The platform constantly folds in. It did last til now for a $39 roller bag which is why I gave it two stars, but I've also bought bags for this price that have lasted much longer.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and corrected the issue and said the manufacturer would be informed of the product defects. They handled the situation very well so I changed me review to 5 stars

I was taken aback as it didn't come with any instructions.1. U hv to insert pull handle after loosening screws where u r inserting the bars to base.2. It's beautiful, great quality definitely, but the stand n wheels r so bulky, definitely can't use as back pack when attached....it shallows my Itty bitty 2.8 year old.3. Loads of space,4. Dear daughter loves it, same ish height with minimouse one just big difference when u attach wheels.I got the 3 wheel one, very smooth n steady. Guess she can grow into the whole bigger picture.

My kids loved it and it can carry a lot of books without stressing them.

Design and size are accurate. However I know my child will break this easily. The handle feels very cheap and flimsy. Straps are super short on back pack. Color was rose red but is actually hot pink and navy blue.

My daughter uses it for school. She doesn’t have to carry heavy backpack anymore. I do wish that the pockets for water bottles on the sides were deeper though.
