The flour is freshly milled! I didn’t know that when I ordered. So it was a pleasant surprise.Very happy with the flour. Just learning to use einkorn. It’s a wetter flour.On my second bag.Recommend this for sure.

I can eat wheat, again!!!
I CAN EAT WHEAT AGAIN!!! Back around 2021 I became intolerant to wheat (I don't have Celiacs). I've gone through countless substitutes and alternatives, and none have satisfied the desire and taste for wheat, though purple rice is really awesome. I've heard about Einkorn wheat, but was doubtful. I finally decided to try Grand Teton's Einkorn flour, and amazingly I can eat it without rashing out, severe gastrointestinal pain, vomiting and nightmares! I was bloated for the first couple of days, but after a week of eating it, my body has become accustom to it and everything is wonderful! Thank you, Grand Teton Ancient Grains!!!

Game changer for me
I am highly sensitive to gluten products but never tested positive for Celiac. At the recommendation from a friend, I tried this wheat. First, I made a loaf of yeast bread. I hadn't been able to do that in years. Even breathing in the flour dust would set my reaction into gear. It was wonderful and had none of the debilitating reactions I usually have.Yes, it is costly, but I will cut expenses on other things to keep this in my pantry. This wheat is a reminder of the wonderful provisions and sustenance created by God. Thank you, for bringing back this ancient grain.

Need this for good sourdough

Einkorn flour
Just discovered einkorn which has become a favorite. I use the all purpose flour for sourdough bread. The berries I mix with my morning steel cut oats (I do soak them overnight.) Love the flavor and texture!

Ancient grains flour
Made a beautiful loaf of bread. I believe this is whole grain. Doesn't rise as tall as white flour. They say it doesn't like to be overworked. Don't over knead it. However I made it in my bread machine. Tastes wonderful.
